From Manchester to the world
Teletech was founded in 2017 in Manchester by Anton Stevens and Tom Shenton, the masterminds behind the now global techno phenomenon. In 9 years, the brand has become recognised as one of the leading promoters within the electronic music space, not only in the UK but around the globe, with over 200 events a year, reaching as far as Asia and Australia.
Their mission was simple: to contribute to Manchester’s techno culture and create access to faster and darker techno, with an emphasis on building a community. At a time of uncertainty in the live music scene, Teletech created a shift in nightlife, when rave culture was being lost to commercialism and licensing. Their commitment to organising safe, environmentally conscious and economically affordable events for the younger generation has changed the whole dynamic of the underground scene.
Teletech was never about luxury or exclusivity. It stands for more: a community built on diversity, respect, and a true passion for the underground rave scene and its survival. In a landscape often driven by image, Teletech focused on energy, cultivating nights where the crowd became as important as the lineup itself.
Hosting events from 500-capacity intimate venues to over 20,000 ravers in stadiums and festivals, no matter the venue or crowd, the essence of their events remains the same: where music, identity and community collide.
